For more than 40 years, we have been making our own brandy from a wide variety of fruits on our farm. We only use ripe fruit for fermentation. The careful and patient burning process gives the brandy a full-bodied, fresh and unmistakable note. 
Since 2021 we have also had a delicious gin (GINsler Black Pearl) on offer. In addition to a gin-herb mixture with at least
50% juniper berries and 8 other herbs, the gin is refined with lemons, limes and a hint of raspberries.

The self-branded bottles at the courtyard counter are all empty for safety reasons. If you are interested, just ring the doorbell at the house opposite,
